Vegan Snack Attack time!

One of my favorite snack: coconut yogurt w/ granola. I’ve finally found a granola that is worth discussing and mentioning.


I soooo enjoyed this granola that I immediately went out and purchased the BlueberryHemp. Delicious! Not only is this product a GF  (gluten-free, oh course) but it is also made with coconut sugar. Although both are important to me, I, however, put more of an emphasis on the sugar component. Sugar in almost any form does nothing too good for the body. So when you do consume sugar, you want to make sure it’s the better type of sugar. At the very least coconut sugar still contains minerals, vitamins, and amino acids, all of which the body needs and uses.
